The Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) is the first step in helping your teenager become a distinguished Asian American. They will learn through leadership, teamwork, community service, and cultural experiences and expand their worldview. We will help them develop their cultural awareness and uncover their potential. Your student can join FASCA and receive a unique opportunity to continue learning about Chinese culture and enhancing their leadership skills over the next 2 to 4 years. Through this two-way development track, your child will become a more competitive applicant for colleges. We are always ecstatic to see a youth stand out in their leadership and humanities studies, and we invite those who achieve their goals to visit Taiwan and be recognized by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council of Taiwan. 最具宏觀的培養計畫! 海外青年文化志工培訓班是讓您家中青少年成為傑出華裔的一個重要起步！三天的培訓讓青少年從領導統馭、團隊協作、社區服務、文化體驗等方向，拓展青少年的國際視野、提升文化的認同、展現青年的創意與潛能。課程結訓後，你的孩子還能加入海外青少年文化大使協會(簡稱FASCA， Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors)，該組織以文化、領導為兩大學習階梯，在未來2-4年提供您的孩子繼續學習文化與領導的機制。當青少年每完成一個階段，皆給予授證並頒予積分，透過這種雙階梯的培養，以增加申請大學的競爭力。我們樂見孩子在領導、人文學習等方面出色的展現！如果孩子達成這項雙階梯的目標，即有機會來台參訪，並接受僑務委員會海外青年文化大使之授證。
