The Town of Winfield was incorporated in 1993 and is located in Northwest Indiana. As of the 2020 census, it has a population of 7,181 and is consistently ranked among the fastest growing communities in the the State of Indiana. The Town has many neighborhood parks and a larger 12 acre park to host community events. Winfield has a rural feel with modern amenities, including a growing commercial base in a quickly developing downtown area, as well as Lake Michigan water, and awarding winning Crown Point Public Schools. Activities in Winfield include the annual Harvest Festival, movies in the park, clean-up days, and many holiday related activities throughout the year.
