We will do everything we can to hear, understand and resolve your complaint, without taking sides. Voicing your complaint can also help to prevent the same issue from happening again, which is good for everyone and can influence positive change in the health care system. After you make a complaint, we'll guide you through the steps and keep you informed, so that you know exactly what to expect from us.
