The BEST (Bulgarian English Speech Tournament) Foundation provides the English-language learners of Bulgaria an opportunity to come together in a language-immersive and intellectual community, in pursuit of personal growth through English language speech and debate. We empower students to think critically, express themselves creatively, and engage in a wider global community. Through our programs, participants can expect to enhance their English-language skills, confidence, and leadership potential. The BEST Foundation, formerly known as the Bulgarian Forensic League, was founded in 2013 by six Fulbright English teachers. We wish to redefine "best"; we see success as a process that extends beyond an award ceremony.
