MindLode examines the way your people feel and reveals what really matters to them. It is the product of five years of research into human capital and workplace behaviours/motivations. MindLode provides direction for action, because it enables you to separate how your people feel about purpose and culture from their reactions to operational procedures and daily experience. The research was conducted among the people of over 50 different international corporations across multiple verticals in over 20 different countries, spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania, including Microsoft, HSBC, Expedia, Google, Amazon, Starbucks, British Airways, Walmart, as well as a range of national and local organizations and public bodies. Our findings have been corroborated by a leading anthropologist and two independent organizational psychologists. We are now entering the live testing phase of the project and inviting organizations to participate in our pilot study.
