R2R Companions provides tailored services for those seeking recovery and support for addiction and mental health issues, who cannot go to a residential treatment facility or need personalized support at home. Our services include transport to/from treatment, short-term transition services for those leaving residential facilities, and personalized services for those who are traveling or cannot go to a residential facility. We also provide recovery coaching services, for those who are experiencing blocks that are keeping them from thriving in their recovery. Our professional coaches and companions receive rigorous training and ongoing support. PhD level case management is provided, so each client receives top-notch support. Referrals for additional resources are made as needed.
