ProAct is a consulting agency established in Podgorica, Montenegro in 2018, whose mission is focused on supporting public bodies, private sector and other interested subjects in Montenegro in accessing financing provided by the EU and other local and international donors and financing institutions. ProAct's main scope of work relies on three components: 1. Support in grant proposals development; 2. Support in grant implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; and 3. Provision of training programmes on grant financing and project management. In addition, ProAct provides local support to international consortia in tendering and implementation phase for projects taking place in Montenegro.
