It started at the realization that most gyms don’t really get it. I owned one of those gyms! They know how to take your money but they don’t know how to provide what people really need. At most gyms you walk in, hand them some money, and they point to the equipment. Then you walk over and do some stuff. You really wish you knew what to actually do. If you are really lucky there will be a staff member to walk you through the use of the machines…once. I hope you remember it all. We’re different. Everyone has a coach or a trainer or both. No choice, it’s part of the deal. Your coach or trainer is going to teach you how to exercise correctly and safely. Your trainer is doing to develop a workout plan for you to reach your goals.
