Global Dialogue Review (GDR) international affairs journal has arrived in digital form. We are happy to announce the launch of the digital version of GDR, which deals with international relations, security and defence, environment, the economy, law, science and technology. GDR is a quarterly journal, striking a balance between scholarship ad readability. Its unique character is an unbiased commitment to presenting different sides of every argument, whether from the Global North or South; the Emerging or Existing Global Orders, the ancient regimes or the Developing World that has emerged from colonial dominion. Its writers are both saints and sinners in popular conceptions, but in positions and with authority that define our present world. We will boldly go where our rivals in this space fear to tread because their patronages and rigid ideologies. GDR’s fiercely-guarded independence, makes it unbeholden to institutional ties – whether governmental or commercial.
