Chef Pachi I know it is not easy to cook every day, so this is why on my site you can get ideas on how to cook for multiple meals, create frozen packages of herbs, spices, and ingredients so you do not have to get all your counter dirty daily, yet have amazingly delicious food at home. From herbs that never go bad, to beans and lentils like you have never had before. For Vegans, Vegetarians and Meat Eaters. I was born in a country where local was all we had, and thus created an amazing array of recipes (daughter of a Master Pastry Chef) with the ingredients we had. Amazing fruit, vegetables and yes, beef, poultry and seafood. But one pound of beef would feed 4 to 6. So it was sustainable. We still eat this way, on ly we have learned to add many greens that are being cultivated in our land. Vegetables were served every day, yet salads were only for the parents. As an A type woman, I learned to hack my mother's cooking, creating easy ways to eat just as delicous, but in less time, as I too had to work. She is still very on the detail, I was always on a rush.
