East Valley Pain Management was founded in 2014 by Dr. Paul Sraow. Our mission is to provide high quality, compassionate care to people experiencing pain in a caring environment where they will be treated with dignity and respect. We are dedicated to providing our patients and their families with comprehensive education regarding our services. Our expert team realizes that each patient's needs are different and we strive to provide individualized and holistic patient-centered care to minimize pain and maximize function. Multimodal treatment plans include interventional pain procedures, injections, physical therapy, and medications.
