The company was founded in Chiasso in 1967. Initially, it specialised in railway freight from Italy to northern Europe. However, by the early '70s the company was already turning to road freight, reorganising and acquiring new human resources and professional expertise. The company now has more than 80 staff working in the offices and depots at Chiasso and Stabio and, in Italy, at Tavazzano.
