WiST Next Gen is an initiative under the nonprofit organization Women in Sports Tech (WiST). WiST Next Gen was created to introduce middle and high school young women to the wide array and variety of career opportunities they can pursue in sports tech, and encourage their continued participation in the sports that they love at the same time. We drive growth opportunities for girls in high school, allowing them to learn about and explore the field of sports tech. By providing mentors, role models, and inspirational content on a large scale, WiST Next Gen strives to #ChangeTheRatio and help bridge gaps in the sports tech industry.
