The mission of Mivida Movement (My Life Movement)is to impact the lives of individuals through transformational education centred on positivity, human connection and creative expression. We offer community-focused education based on movement, dance and music education, and life and wellness 1-1 coaching and workshops and for adults of all ages. The pillars of Mivida Movement are community engagement, active participation, joy, inclusion and love.
