Child Welfare Bloemfontein & Childline Free State (affiliated with Childline South Africa) was founded in 1914. Child Welfare Bloemfontein & Childline Free State is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation concerned with the betterment of society and in particular children. We act in the public interest, for the promotion of social welfare, for the development and fot the care and protection of children against any form of abuse. Our goal is to empower children, families and communities to be resilient and self-reliant.
