The holding company was founded in 2005, but the organization has a long history prior to this within the real estate industry. We are now a larger, established and dynamic company engaged in several parts of the value chain within the real estate industry. Our specialization comprises of acquisition of land and properties, preparation of zoning, development, construction, reconstruction, sale and rental of residential and commercial properties in Bergen, Oslo, Fredrikstad, Voss and more. We own several attractive apartment buildings, properties and large plots. We have more than 2500 homes and condos under planning and development. Some of our current projects include development and reconstruction of the hospital area at Cicignon in Fredrikstad, and construction of a commercial/residential building in addition to a ball court at Hasle in Oslo.
