We are a family owned inspection company located in Methuen, MA who have been providing home inspections for over 20 years. We offer our services throughout Massachusetts, including the Cape and Greater Boston Area, New Hampshire, and Maine. Our services include home inspections, building consulting/new construction inspections, wood-destroying insect inspections, water quality inspections, radon inspections, and VA/FHA inspections. We also coordinate septic testing in New Hampshire with a third party company. Each of our staff is an experienced, professional home inspector who has training and experience in the building industry. It is the job of this consultant to not only evaluate the condition of the house’s major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired or replaced.
