In year 2008, Amtech-Tempress Systems B.V. and ASM-International N.V. have entered into an agreement that transfers ASM-Europe Horizontal Furnace operations to -Korto Trading & Services- based in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. ASM-Europe started to build the DFS-210, DFS-250, DFS-300 and PECVD systems in the early 1980's. More than 600 pcs. 2, 3 and 4 stack Furnaces were delivered from Bilthoven, The Netherlands to Semi-Conductors customer worldwide. Korto Trading & Services- has several decades of experience in building and servicing the former ASM-Europe Horizontal furnace systems.
