An exhibition showcasing images of a vibrant, happy and normal life of African society to Africans in their community. A story that gives a sense of self and pride to be who they are and where they are. That they don’t have to feel insignificant or belittled by the narrative as per mainstream media. Research has shown that art affects the fundamental sense of self. Underprivileged communities rarely have an opportunity to visit an art gallery or see themselves in images captured by photographers So we had to change that!!!
