At Grevillea Park, our commitment is to your well-being and recovery. “Grevillea Park” is a unique project in Western Australia developed by the not-for-profit organisation Avon Recovery Center Inc in response to the growing mental distress in Western Australia suffered by our State emergency services, business executives, police, nurses, teachers, members of the defence forces, FIFO workers, and their partners and families. After learning of the experiences of many of these individuals who do not have anywhere to turn to when it comes to facing depression, anxiety, grief and stress, we have spent many years researching alternative evidence-based holistic healing programs that can be offered through and integrated by a live-in service. Grevillea Park will be a residential recovery centre where we will provide medical and holistic help through individualised programs to those who need to regain their strength in a calm and peaceful environment. Participants will learn about health-related issues through challenges and empowerment techniques whilst being supported by top trained medical and mental care staff. Grevillea Park is located in the hills East of Perth, only 25km from Midland. The setting is a natural bush environment - a tranquil atmosphere away from the pressures and distractions of urban life.
