JVIL (Joint Ventures in Land) was set up to offer land owners a different experience when it comes to selling their land; a process where the land owners' needs are prioritised, and all options are discussed and considered. Not your traditional developer, JVIL treats the land owner as a partner, taking into account what they would like to see from the development. With our approach of treating land owners as a Joint Venture partner, we create an agreement that works for all parties and takes into account individual circumstances at the time of talking. We are happy to engage in a joint venture with landowners on a range of bases. Options can include developing the land together, an offer subject to planning permission being granted, or, where speed is of the essence, an unconditional offer.
