Advanced Renovation and Construction was founded as a family business in 2008 by Mark D. Kowalczyk and his wife Courtney. Over the years, Mark has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the building and construction industry. He is a licensed Master electrician, builder, and lead abatement contractor with the State of Michigan. Mark is also a certified home inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and a Lead-Safe Certified Contractor with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He has over 16 years of experience within the building trades including electrical, heating and cooling, mold remediation, energy management, lead abatement, home inspections, home renovation and construction, and commercial renovation and construction.
