We hope this will push major companies who can afford to follow suit to join us. 2ndLawApps Employee Benefits: * 20 HR work weeks paid at a full time 40 HR salary * Medical, Dental and Vision paid 100% by the company * Child care paid 100% by the company * All medical appointments and children's extracurricular activities that take place during the work day count towards an employees 20 HRs. But we don't stop there. We have run our numbers and financially with our profit we can afford to do more. So 2ndLawApps will pay off the credit cards, student debt, car note, personal loans and home of every employee.
