In February 2001, Monastery Spa & Suites took over residence of the Holy Cross Monastery, roughly seventy years after the original cornerstone was laid for the heritage building. Since that time, the company has continued to grow, both in terms of its staff and the services it offers. Today, as the first destination spa in Newfoundland and Labrador, Monastery Spa & Suites continues to offer our guests a fresh escape. With a range of services through our spa, salon, and suites, a convenient location, a professional and trained staff of over fifty, and so much more, we continue to bring a sense of peace and solitude as the building’s residents did before us.
