Denver Transit Partners (DTP), the Regional Transportation District (RTD) selected concessionaire for the Eagle P3 Project, is comprised of a partnership between John Laing plc; and Aberdeen Global Infrastructure Partners LP. Eagle P3 is a public-private partnership comprised of RTD's University of Colorado A Line, Gold (G) Line, Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility and Northwest Rail (B) Line Westminster segment.
