In the 90’s, the ST group began its operations in the real estate market focusing on the development and structuring of differentiated ventures. The first challenges were Mario Henrique Simonsen complex – a renowned business center in Rio de Janeiro – and Le Quartier multipurpose complex in Brasilia. The success of these ventures and the acquired experience stimulated the creation of STX Desenvolvimento Imobiliário in 2008. Since the beginning, it has had multidisciplinary teams in its offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, with professionals with extensive market experience and expertise in the various real estate areas. Initially working in structuring in association with large companies and real estate funds. The hot industry at that time demanded a complete, fast and creative solution for real estate venture launches. Since the beginning of its operation, STX DI has already structured more than 20 ventures with PSV over R$ 3 billion and 800 thousand m² of construction and more than 5,000 units. From 2013, STX began its own incorporation by targeting special, commercial, residential and hotel projects and having in its portfolio more than two thousand in cities such as Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
