"Basta Sia Buono" is a Tuscan saying that means “as long as it tastes good, that's all that matters”. Inspired by the how traditional Italian bakery uses natural ingredients in a functional way, we create a range of delicious cookies and crackers that are made of plant-based ingredients and delivered in sustainable packaging or in bulk for zero-waste retailers. The produce is made by hand, we use only ingredients we know are 100% animal-free and we avoid hydrogenated fats and artificial additives. Moreover: we experiment new, natural ways to make our products, such as baking at lower temperatures and hyper-spectral inspection for quality control. As of writing, BastaSiaBuono delivers at specialty and package-free food shops in Belgium and Netherlands and has an online store for impatient customers.
