INDIGO BLUE ART was established in Singapore in 2004 as a platform to showcase Contemporary Indian Art. Committed to promoting a greater awareness, understanding, and enjoyment of Indian Art, INDIGO BLUE ART houses an extensive collection of paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures and books on the subject. Our vision is to curate exhibitions which highlight the breadth and diversity of Indian art. Our collection covers various forms from naïve folk and tribal art, high calibre works by the fabled masters and senior artists, to the talented work emerging in India today. We aim to provide a historical context whilst reflecting on important trends in Contemporary Indian Art. Our passion is creating a wider audience for Indian Art and to help further a better understanding of the subject. We offer a series of mixed and solo exhibitions throughout the year which provide a unique insight into the artists’ world, serving to stimulate an exchange of ideas and allow for engagement with the work on many different levels.
