We provide engineering solutions to a wide selection of blue chip companies. Specialising in refurbishment, fitting out and retrofit projects, we have built up an enviable reputation for intuitive solutions, service and quality whether they be for HVAC installations or mechanical services. We have two operating companies, Leech Mechanical Services Limited (founded in 1992) providing air conditioning, heating, ventilation and gas services & Positive Facilities Maintenance Limited (founded in 1965 as Positive Electric Limited) electrical contractors including Hard wire and PAT testing. Each of the operating companies is led by a highly motivated operations manager and backed up by a 24-hour help desk and a full back office staff to ensure continuity from initiation to successful completion.
