Ministry of Crab: Sri Lanka’s first restaurant dedicated to serving export quality Mud Crab is the brainchild of celebrated chef-restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa. Partnering with Sri Lankan Cricketing Legends Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara, the Ministry of Crab was launched on 12th December, 2011 and is housed in the renovated 400 year old Dutch Hospital, and is the only restaurant in Sri Lanka to be ranked among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants from 2015 - 2022.
