We at Hum Aspen Wellness, are a Wellness Company based out of Nagpur. We have a mobile app, which is called NowZone. NowZone mobile app has a bunch of Meditation, Breath work and Yoga modules which the users can choose from and set off on their Wellness/NowFulness Journey. Our entire aim at the company is to reduce corporate stress and hereby increase their productivity by utilising the Wellness Modules available on our app. This is primarily because stress is not only impacting people’s health, but is also reducing the productivity of the employees, which adds up to a very significant loss of productivity per employee and comes at a cost to the organisation in terms of real resources, and this when multiplied by the number of employees working in any particular organisation, ends up costing awful lot of resources to the company.
