The Willow Grove Community Development Corporation currently provides more than 55 quality, affordable rental housing units in over 33 properties throughout Eastern Montgomery County, including Abington Township, Ambler Borough, Hatboro, Horsham Township, and Upper Moreland Township. Our tenants live in a wide variety of homes, including single-family dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, townhouses and apartments. Our organization's success is the result of collaborative contributions from the private sector, local government, businesses, faith organizations, and individuals who support our mission. It is through the continued support of our generous donors that we are able to provide and maintain affordable rental housing for low-to-moderate income individuals and families throughout Eastern Montgomery County. While helping to fulfill the need for affordable rental housing, we are also an asset to the community improvement efforts through our quality maintenance programs that keep our tenants in safe and sound homes.
