"The Alchemists" is a grass-roots movement which attempts to challenge prevailing approaches and mind-sets in the public and private sector. We develop new approaches to work and support a range of individuals, groups and communities to be more mindful in developing collaborative approaches for improving messy situations. We support learners in developing life-long learning skills and provide a range of resources, networks and opportunities for individuals, teams and communities to learn more effectively together.
