Frequent travelers, on business or leisure, are very price conscious, but will not compromise on standard amenities or service quality. However they had not much choice in Dubai and the Gulf markets until we set up Landmark Hotels & Suites in 1999. Not surprisingly, our mix of abundant facilities and personalised service at affordable prices was irresistible to customers. Today, we are a leading hotel chain in the Middle East with eight hotels in the UAE, India and Saudi Arabia, and several more under development in various parts of the UAE. In December 2011, we launched the Landmark Grand, our new 175-bedroom, 4-star Deluxe Hotel. It is located close to the Union Square Metro Station and Al Ghurair Center on Riqqa Road, Dubai, and has been designed to be a true landmark of Arabian Hospitality. Apart from these, we also manage and lease hotel projects, and have several new properties coming online soon in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other parts of the Middle East. In short, we are well on our way to achieving our dream of becoming a top global hospitality brand.
