CrisisRisk works with leaders and boards of directors to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities which put critical assets at risk—people, reputation, brand, key relationships, financials. We develop strategies for mitigating those risks by preparing and supporting leadership teams to know when to get involved, make decisions, and communicate effectively. Over the last 14 years, Suzanne Loughlin, Jim Satterfield and Harry Rhulen have developed an understanding of crisis and risk that comes from the real world of assisting in the management of the consequences of hundreds of adverse events. From natural disasters, to the worst of what mankind can create, we have helped clients mitigate the risk and create value and opportunity from events that could have been catastrophic. As founders of Firestorm, we built the preeminent firm in the identification and quantification of risk. We took a contrarian approach to crisis communications which proved to be a best practice in the evolving world of social media. In 2017 we sold Firestorm to Novume Solutions, LLC, a NASDAQ traded company, that continues to run it today. As we take our next step into the crisis and risk world, we have established a strong working relationship with Firestorm, and have agreed to assist their clients whenever needed. CrisisRisk is a new company, with a new vision. Suzy, Jim and I want to help organizations manage risk on a large scale, holistically. We want to be involved before, during and after a situation arises. CrisisRisk will work with insurance organizations to assist in program development, marketing, underwriting, claims, broker education, and frequency/severity reduction. We will work with law firms to provide comprehensive, strategic response to the issues which their clients face, taking the legal representation further into the realm of true consequence management and brand & reputation management.
