Founded in 1993, C.B. Development Services, Inc. (CBD) is a Pennsylvania corporation with headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. CBD specializes in project management and owner representation for the real estate and construction industries. CBD has worked for owners in both the public and private sectors on all types of projects ranging from partial floor small fit-outs to the development of high-rise buildings with budgets in excess of $350 million. CBD provides a personal, hands-on approach to project management that stems from our belief that individuals, not companies, make or break projects. Our experience results in efficient and cost-effective planning and management of the design and construction process. Most of our projects are in the greater Philadelphia area however we have and will work in other states depending on the needs of our clients.
