Esteem We Inc. is a community-minded organization dedicated to bringing a sense of community back to urban and under served areas across the nation by connecting local business professionals, community advocates and entrepreneurs together in various cities to support one another and to bridge the gap between community, professionals and our youth in the areas of life skills training, education, information referral and more. Esteem We Professional Community Action Group (PCAG) is comprised of business professionals and entrepreneurs in the community in various cities creating an opportunity for all to share their resources and talents to assist in the development of youth. The PCAG also utilize their gifts and resources to help strengthen one another, families and individuals in the community through exposure to such forging relationships. ESTEEM WE COMMUNITY YOUTH DAY is created to build and esteem youth and young adults in lower and economically disadvantaged communities across this nation through informative panel discussions, forums, workshops, informational booths, edutainment and more... Our mission is to connect, serve and transform lives by providing Life Skills Training, Education & Information Referral to youth ages 13-19 and their families in urban and underserved communities across the U.S. For youth we provide hope, professional role models, college and career readiness information, intern, job, mentoring and volunteer opportunities, workforce development and more; for professionals we provide a unique opportunity to pay it forward.
