Fitness Outcomes was founded by a father and son team who wanted to disrupt the market with tasty, nutritionally accurate meals in late 2016. "We noticed a large gap in the market. The low calorie, protein, ready made meals on the market were missing one key element, PREMIUM TASTE. The meals were often bland, and when meat was present, it was constantly dry and uninteresting! So we wanted to spice things up, literally and figuratively. As a team we thought hey, why compromise? Flavour, convenience and health are compatible, and here at FO were proving exactly that!" Since 2016, they have grown their customer base nationally with a home delivery business that logistically spans 5,000 postcodes.
