Whether block purchase or allotment, we do it without any cost to a hotel/resort, by contracting for the sales of room inventory through net rate agreements with established membership based travel companies, providing opaque distribution channels without rate parity issues. Most booking are for 7 nights, with a New 5 night, Sun. thru Thurs. stay, providing a higher Net Yield per room, by maximizing the use of unoccupied inventory. Whether you're a Condo-Hotel, Destination Resort, Independent or Branded, Resort Inventory can bring added room revenues, which also generates additional F & B, Spa, Golf, and other "out-of-room" spend. Since 2006, we've generated 364,925 nights for our 81 partner resorts. RIG also contracts for bulk purchasing of inventory from $50,000 - $350,000 per resort/hotel. Inventory is contracted and payments are guaranteed, paid monthly, in advance, whether or not the inventory is actually occupied. It’s a great cash-flow model, which raises a resort or hotel’s RevPar, by replacing vacancies with dollars. By filling the last 5-15% of inventory, the NOI flow-through to the bottom line has significant positive impact to EBITDA.
