The Step-Up Sorority is the UK’s 1st BAME sorority, forming connections for under-represented young women at the start of their careers, helping to get them into the industry of their dreams after studying. Essentially, a sisterhood for success. Our goal is to help students and women from graduate level and up to get a head start in their chosen careers. The Step-Up Sorority provides “little sisters” with a network of high-profile, successful “big sisters”, that will give them the representation, resources and support they need to get into the careers of their dreams.
