Sound Connection is about creating transformation through self-realisation. It is about paving a sound path for what might even be our main job as human beings: grow and transform so that we can truly make use of our unique potential - for the benefit of our own happiness, the organisations we work for and ultimately the world we live in. To have access to your full potential and be the best version of yourself is only possible when you know yourself and have the strength and abilities to lead yourself in fulfilling your purpose in a sustainable and harmonious way. At Sound Connection, developing these abilities of inner leadership takes two forms: transformative coaching and sound work (mostly sound yoga). The aim of both is transformation for the highest good of all, but whereas coaching is more about the human body-emotions-mind system, sound and music focus more on what lies beyond that.
