About TLC Safety By Design and TLC Pet Care Co. I originally started my pet care/dog walking business, TLC Pet Care Co. in 2014. Since I was a graphic designer for many years, I created a “My Pets Are Home Alone” Emergency ID card as a marketing tool to hand out to prospective clients with my business name and phone number. My clients loved those cards! They would even ask for extras to give to friends and family! Based on glowing feedback and encouragement from friends and clients, I started selling the cards online. Since their beginning, I have expanded my pet-centric offerings to include plastic cards with key tags, magnets, and emergency decals. In 2016, I've added safety and fun products for adults and children, including medical ICE contact cards and personalized bag tags.
