Turn2Ministries is focused on leading college baseball players and coaches into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Turn2 Ministries partners with college and university baseball programs to lead their players and coaches in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We work with head baseball coaches who realize there's more to life than just baseball. They are committed to seeing their players grow personally and spiritually during their time as a college student-athlete. Turn2 employs full-time shepherd coaches whose sole focus is to serve their partner program. The shepherd coach’s main focus is the spiritual development of the coaching staff and players. This is completed through weekly team devotionals, small group Bible studies, one-on-one discipling, and off-season retreats. The connections they make don’t end with graduation; our coaches become lifelong mentors, listeners, and helping hands. The shepherd coaches also serve the college program by helping the coach gain more capacity. They are an extra arm for batting practice, extra bat for hitting fungoes, and they often help with travel arrangements, team schedules, and overseeing alumni engagement.
