CEMARK is a member of CRH, the leading building materials business in the world. CRH entered the Ukrainian market in 1999 by acquiring the cement plant in Kamyanets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region. We modernised the plant, having invested more than 300 MEUR in switching to a state-of-the-art environmentally friendly dry method of cement production. After CRH was joined by the Odesa cement plant and Mykolaivcement (Lviv region), the Company became one of Ukraine’s cement market leaders. Since the autumn of 2021, the cement plants have been operating under a new CEMARK brand.
