Momentum Health was founded by Marama Montgomery in 2016. Starting in Southport, we struggled initially but has flourished opening clinics throughout Australia. We strive to adhere to our Core Values: “Whānau”, which is the Māori word for family “Momentum” ensuring continuous improvements to systems and environments for all doctors, staff and patients while providing the highest level of medical care. Through a network of medical centres, we provide state of the art facilities and support services to independent General Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals enabling them to deliver quality care to their patients. We invite all Health Professionals to join the Momentum Family, including GP's, Nursing and Allied Health Professionals.
