Garima, a professionally trained chef specializing in Indian & International Cuisine, has over 23 years of diversified experience in Hotels, restaurant management and operations. Professionally trained in Taj Hotels, Garima has 7+ years of International experience as a Corporate Master chef (Indian) at Coral Strand Hotel, Seychelles and as Head Chef with WAGAMAMA , a renowned quick service restaurant chain in UK operating in over 150 locations. She has also been involved in setting up some of the top multi-cuisine restaurants in Delhi NCR, providing expert guidance on menu designing and planning, food trials, standardizing of recipes and training of restaurants staff. Sanjay, a hotel management graduate and a Masters in IT from South New Hampshire University, US, has over 17 years of International Sales and customer service experience. He strongly believes that the foundation of any great business is superior customer service and commitment to quality at all costs. Food Tamasha & Co. raised the angel round of investment in November 2015 from HNIs in Middle East, US & India and launched operations in January 2016.
