About 3Minute Fitness: High-intensity interval training sessions consist of a dynamic and unique 10-station circuit targeting all aspects of fitness. The 3MF workout provides structure and eliminates the guessing game of how to workout. Sessions are scientifically designed to burn more calories and see maximum results in less time to fit busy lifestyles. The thoughtfully planned weekly circuits combine strength, resistance, balance, flexibility and endurance training in a high-energy and encouraging atmosphere for all fitness levels, abilities and ages. Certified and knowledgeable instructors guide the way and are dedicated to each members' fitness journey.
