Our Purpose Statement The purpose of WCHSA is to provide a statewide association to promote positive and professional relations in the field of human services among association members, public officials, constituents, and recipients of services, as a means of meeting the needs of local agencies for educational programs, coordinating activities, and administrative exchange.
