Apex Construction and Developments Ltd was born out of a great experience building our first home. We enjoyed the whole process and developed a real passion for creation. We bought a small dilapidated property in November 2010 as a decision to continue working with the team that was finishing our house - that was the start of Apex Construction and Developments Ltd. In April 2013 Apex Construction and Developments Ltd purchased the well known and highly respected construction company based in Cheshire; Higginson Construction Ltd and merged all staff and services into its existing operations Apex now works in two core areas: Developments Client Construction We have over 20 years experience within the building and construction industry. Our priority is to consistantly surpass our customers expectations. We are a diligent organisation, we know exactly how important choosing the right builder, painter, tradesman is, when they are to work in your own home. We cover many areas of Cheshire from our base in Tarporley. Our developments focus on acquiring land in beautiful locations to develop homes to the Apex standard. For clients we offer a bespoke construction service to develop their dream home and for larger clients such as the Duke of Westminster we work on larger scale residential development, building to our high exacting standards.
