The production of ouzo at Plomari Distillery Isidoros Arvanitis combines traditional distillation in small copper alembics with the most modern equipment in bottling, packaging, and storage. The strict quality procedures followed are certified by the Quality Assurance Certificate, ISO 22000: 2005 by TÜV Austria Hellas for the application of the HACCP food safety system.
